What it costs, before any work starts.

Book a one-off test, or keep us testing every week or two. Each is quoted after a free call. Tests include a report your office manager can read, a retest of fixes and a letter for your auditor or insurer.

01

Pen Test

An auditor, insurer or big customer asked for a pen test. Or you just want to know how someone would get in.

[PLACEHOLDER: Pen Test price]

per test

Quote my pen test
  • Your website or client portal, its API, and everything you expose to the internet
  • Staff email and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace sign-in settings
  • A report whose first page your office manager can act on
  • A retest of the issues you fix
  • Attestation letter for auditors and insurers

Website and AI in one scope

Pen Test + AI Safety

You have a website or client portal and a chatbot, AI assistant or agent touching the same data. One scope, one report.

[PLACEHOLDER: Pen Test + AI Safety price]

per engagement

Quote the combined test
  • Everything in Pen Test
  • Safety test of one AI feature: chatbot, assistant or agent
  • A check of which AI tools your staff actually use, and what they paste in
  • A one-page AI use policy you can hand to staff
  • One report, one retest, one attestation letter

03

AI & Agent Safety Test

Your chatbot or AI agent can read customer records, send email or book appointments, and nobody has tried to misuse it yet.

[PLACEHOLDER: AI & Agent Safety Test price]

per AI feature

Quote my AI test
  • Prompt injection: can a stranger make it ignore your rules?
  • Data leaks: does it reveal records, files or other people's chats?
  • Tool misuse: can it be talked into sending, deleting or paying?
  • Findings mapped to the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications
  • Retest of fixes and attestation letter

How a test usually runs

Price
One price for the whole test, in the quote. Scope changes are discussed before extra work.
Dates
Start and end dates are agreed in the quote.
Urgent findings
Serious issues are raised with your contact as they come up, instead of waiting for the report.
People
Testers run the work. Models help with coverage; a person reviews what they propose and signs the report.
Retest
A retest of the issues you fix, scheduled with you.
Letter
An attestation letter for your auditor, insurer or customer security questionnaire.

What moves the price

How much is exposed
Number of websites, portals, IP addresses and APIs reachable from the internet.
How many kinds of user
A portal with patients, staff and admins takes longer than a brochure site.
Inside the office too?
Testing what an attacker reaches after one laptop is compromised adds days.
What your AI can touch
A chatbot that only answers FAQs is quick. An agent that sends email or moves money is not.

Or keep testing, every week or two.

A one-off test tells you where you stood that week. On a subscription we come back on a regular cycle, look at what changed and try to break it.

Subscription / every two weeks

Biweekly Testing

Your website and tools change now and then. You want someone attacking them regularly without booking a full test each time.

wk 16 cycles / 12 wkswk 12
[PLACEHOLDER: Biweekly Testing price]

per month

Ask about biweekly
  • Attack-surface check: new subdomains, open ports, expiring certificates, exposed admin pages
  • Staff email settings rechecked: second sign-in step, forwarding rules, new admin accounts
  • Your chatbot or AI assistant rerun against our prompt-injection and data-leak tests
  • A short report each cycle: what changed, what we found, what to fix first
  • A tester reviews anything flagged before it reaches you

Subscription / every week

Weekly Testing

You ship changes most weeks, or your AI agent can send email, book or pay. A weekly cycle is built for that pace.

wk 112 cycles / 12 wkswk 12
[PLACEHOLDER: Weekly Testing price]

per month

Ask about weekly
  • Everything in Biweekly Testing, run every week
  • Hands-on testing of what changed since the last cycle: new pages, features, prompts or tools
  • Agent checks: can it be talked into sending, deleting or paying?
  • A short report each cycle, plus a monthly summary for your auditor or insurer file
  • Optional walkthrough of the findings with a tester
01 / Start
Usually begins with a full test, or your last report if it is recent, so each cycle has a baseline.
02 / Each cycle
We check what changed and try to break it. You get a short report: what changed, what we found, what to fix first.
03 / Urgent findings
Serious issues are raised with your contact as they come up, between reports.
04 / Terms
Cadence, scope, pausing and cancelling are set out in your subscription agreement.

Questions about price and scope

Will testing take my website or booking system down?

Scope and testing windows are written down before anything starts. Tests that could knock you offline are left out unless you ask for them in writing, and the plan names who we call and when we pause if something looks like it could affect patients or clients.

My IT provider already runs a vulnerability scan. Isn't that the same thing?

A scan is a tool listing known problems. We're people acting like the attacker: we chain small problems together, try the stolen-password tricks, and poke at your AI tools. Then we show which problems actually reach your data or your bank account. A scanner can't hold a conversation with your chatbot or notice a hidden inbox rule.

You use AI to attack us. Should that worry me?

The models help us try more things in a week than a person could alone. A person picks what to try, reviews what the models propose before it touches your systems, and checks findings by hand before they go in your report.

What happens to our data?

We aim to keep the least we can to prove a finding, for example a blurred screenshot instead of the record. How evidence is stored, and when it is deleted, is set out in your engagement agreement.

What do I actually get at the end?

A report whose first page tells you what to fix this week, the technical detail for whoever does the fixing, a walkthrough call, a retest of the issues you fix, and an attestation letter for your auditor, insurer or biggest customer.

We just use ChatGPT and a chatbot on our website. Do we need AI testing?

If the chatbot can see bookings, orders or customer details, someone will eventually try to talk it into sharing them. The AI risk quiz takes two minutes and tells you whether that applies to you.

How long does a test take?

It depends on scope and our calendar. We agree start and end dates in the quote, and most small-business tests take a week or two of testing.

Can you keep testing after the first test?

Yes. We offer weekly and biweekly plans. Each cycle we look at what changed, try to break it and send a short report. A subscription usually starts with a one-off test so there is a baseline. Cadence, scope and cancelling are set out in the subscription agreement.

Tell us what you run. We'll tell you where we'd get in.

A free call, usually about 30 minutes, with one of the people who run the tests. We share the three things we would check first, whether you hire us or not.
